The lady that did it cut 8in off when i said 4in. She cut my bangs everywhere and left long strands of hair everywhere. I then had to go to another lady to have it fixed. She had to cut another inch off the length and my bangs even shorter so theyd swoop to the side. Im a mess, and i look terrible. I cant even look at myself without crying. :”(
